great hotel with welcoming staff at the reception desk, appreciated our staying. we spent 4 nights in standard double room with drinks, a comfortable bed, the bar. the location was remote, just next door to labaro train station, and the center of rome. furthermore, to the mall which is about 4 km away.

The place was overall clean and brilliant, had very caring staff at the reception desk. We really enjoyed the standard queen room which was a decent size and functional with a comfortable bed. Perfect and great location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

While the tranquility was somewhat refreshing, it's hard to overlook the utter lack of nearby amenities. No one was there to pamper me by the pool-like, where's the service? Absolutely expected at least a complimentary drink for my troubles, but I suppose that's too much to ask.

The location feels completely isolated, as there are hardly any nearby amenities. Being without a car, I found it frustrating to deal with the lack of public transport options in the late evening. It made venturing out for dinner a major hassle, and I wish the hotel had a restaurant on-site for convenience.

The pool area was a great relaxing space after busy days, and the gym had clean machines. We loved the spacious room with a comfy air conditioner and the complimentary transport to the train station made city exploring easy!

Really good service from the staff, with helpful maps and recommendations for exploring the area. The complimentary shuttle to the nearby station was invaluable, simplifying the journey to main attractions. The isolated location meant limited dining options nearby, which could be inconvenient for evening outings. Despite the quiet surroundings, a little more atmosphere would have enhanced the experience.

Solo traveler's perfect getaway

The staff was genuinely eager to help, even arranging a speedy pickup from the train station just when I needed it most. I also enjoyed the big pool which was like a little oasis to chill at after a day of exploring.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the service quality made it reasonable.
